Khuzana is owned and operated by a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the United States of America (the "Company"), and these Terms are entered into under, and governed by, that legal framework. By accessing this website, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility — 18+ Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Electric scooters are not toys; supervision and local age regulations may additionally apply to riders in your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring any rider of the product complies with applicable local laws.
3. Products — Electrical Transport Equipment
Khuzana sells electrical transport equipment, specifically the Khuzana Foldable Electric Scooter (350W powerful motor, 36V 6Ah new-brand lithium battery). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Electric scooters are motorized vehicles that carry inherent risks of injury. Always wear a helmet (one is included free with your order) and follow all traffic laws.
- Lithium-ion batteries must be charged and stored per the included instructions. Never use damaged batteries or non-approved chargers.
- It is your sole responsibility to verify that the ownership and operation of a 350W electric scooter is lawful in your city, state, province, or country, including any registration, licensing, insurance, helmet, or age requirements.
- Product images and illustrations on this website are for presentation purposes; minor cosmetic variations may occur between production batches.
4. Pricing, Offers & Payment
The current selling price of the Khuzana Foldable Electric Scooter is $450 USD (standard price $600 USD). All prices are stated in United States Dollars. For convenience, prices may be displayed in your local currency using approximate exchange rates; these conversions are indicative only, and all transactions are processed and billed in USD. The exact amount charged in your local currency is determined by your bank or card issuer at their exchange rate. Promotional inclusions — such as the free premium bike basket and safety helmet ($75 value) — are limited-time offers that may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice, except for orders already placed. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors (including Stripe); we never store your full card details on our servers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.
5. Shipping, Delivery Fees & Import Regulations
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are in addition to the product price. You, the customer, are solely responsible for:
- All local shipping and delivery fees applicable to your order;
- Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or tariffs imposed by your country or region;
- Compliance with any import regulations applicable to electric scooters and lithium-ion batteries in your destination country;
- Providing an accurate, complete shipping address. Re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect address are your responsibility.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation outside the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Riding any personal electric vehicle, including an electric scooter, involves inherent risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or misuse of our products, and our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in writing at the time of sale, products are provided "as is," and the Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

All content on this website — including the Khuzana name, logo, text, graphics, and layout — is the property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be raised with us at hello@khuzana.com so we may attempt a good-faith resolution before either party pursues formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order is the version that governs that order. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
